As someone who usually uses words to create, it's freeing to be able to doodle my way to picture poems. Just as poetry uses metaphor, pictures use imagery in a similar way. This is not 'art' by any means, but it allows me to bore holes into the more protected parts of the psyche where I can doodle away with complete abandon. What words fail to achieve, these little scribbles handle with the sloppy joy of a child digging into a brand new box of crayons ... and surely you can remember what that was like. What makes this different creatively, is that I do this LEFT-HANDED with the mouse. I'm Right-Handed, but that's how I learned to use the mouse years ago, but never drew with it. Since the left hand is controlled by the right side of the brain- the intuitive, holistic and synthesizing side, the images I'm getting are almost random and immediate. (What I do know is that it's most enjoyable!) ~ KCD
